AXA Elevate Life Insurance
The Elevate Life Insurance coverage offered by AXA pays a lump sum to the policy holder or to their nominated beneficiary should the insured die or be diagnosed with a terminal illness.
AXA’s Elevate Life Insurance policy will pay out a lump sum benefit should the policy holder die or become diagnosed with a terminal illness and have only 12 months or less to live. The benefit on this coverage is only paid once.
The minimum benefit offered on this insurance coverage is $50,000 and there is no maximum (subject to underwriting guidelines). Potential policy holders may apply for this coverage as early as age 11 and as late as 70, with some exceptions.
In addition to life insurance and terminal illness, some of the benefits that are included in the Elevate Life Insurance plan from AXA include:

- Financial Plan Benefit
Policy holders are also covered worldwide 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Optional benefits offered on AXA’s Elevate Life Insurance policy include a premium waver option, a business solutions option, and a SuperLink trauma benefit, as well as a total and permanent disability option. These benefits may either be added or linked to the plan at an additional amount of premium cost to the policy holder.
