Zurich Ezicover Term Insurance
The Ezicover Term Insurance cover from Zurich will provide a lump sum benefit upon the death or terminal illness diagnosis of the insured.
With Zurich’s Ezicover Term Insurance cover, a lump sum benefit will be paid to a nominated policy beneficiary if the insured dies, or it will be paid to the insured if they are diagnosed with a terminal illness that has a life expectancy of less than 12 months.
The policy allows a cover duration period of either 5, 10, or 15 years, and it also allows an alternative to regular term life cover in that it may help the insured to pay off short term debt such as a mortgage balance.
In addition, the premiums on the Ezicover Term Insurance cover will remain level throughout the life of the policy and they will not increase based on the insured’s age as it increases throughout the policy’s time frame.
Some of the benefits that can be attained with the Ezicover Term Insurance cover from Zurich include:
- Financial security for the insured and their family
- The funds to repay debts such as a mortgage, credit cards, and other loans
- The funds needed to pay for final expenses of the insured
- Funds available during a terminal illness – especially if the insured is unable to continue earning an income
