CommInsure Trauma Total Care Plan

CommInsure

The Trauma Total Care Plan offered by CommInsure will pay out a lump sum should the insured suffer from a covered major injury or disease such as stroke, heart attack, or cancer.

CommInsure’s Trauma Cover pays the policy holder a lump sum of cash if they are diagnosed with a terminal illness such as cancer, or if they suffer a major ailment such as a stroke or heart attack. The policy will also pay out should the insured be afflicted with blindness.

The Trauma Cover through CommInsure is available for purchase either as a stand-alone policy or in conjunction with other cover. The Trauma Cover packaging options include:

  • Stand-alone Trauma cover
  • Trauma cover with TPD (Total and Permanent Disability) cover
  • Trauma Cover with Life Care

In order to meet the coverage guidelines in the Trauma Cover plan, the insured must survive for at least 14 days following the suffering of one of the policy conditions.

In addition to CommInsure’s Trauma Cover core benefits, there are additional features that may be chosen by the policy holder. These can include a severe hardship booster benefit, a financial planning benefit, and a loyalty bonus benefit. The insured may also opt for a partial trauma cover benefit as well.
