Zurich Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD) cover pays a lump sum if you become totally and permanently disabled and therefore are unlikely to ever work again. TPD is about ensuring that you retain as much quality of life as possible. It can:

• Give the financial ability to allow a family member to give up work to care for you, or fund the provision of home care
• Permit you to repay debts, mortgage, credit cards, personal loans etc
• Pay for any renovations required to your home, eg to permit wheelchair access)

Zurich TPD insurance can be establish as a linked component to Zurich life insurance or as a stand alone policy.
